With faith of a mustard seed you can move mountains…

How many players does it take to have enough faith to move mountains?
All I feel is anger, embarrassment, frustration… We’ve been swept. Twice. Aka seven game losing streak ladies and gents. And things aren’t looking good at all. D is sloppy, the offense has gone south and our pen is spent! The boys are lucky I’m distracted with exam preparation… if I wasn’t I’d be sure as heck more angry than I am now!
If I was a much more of an evil and inconsiderate person (and a better writer) I would drop one of these on them:

Dear Players of Grimsby Town FC

I am writing with regard to my absolute astonishment and disbelief as to the sheer magnitude of your complete lack of talent and failure to carry out the job for which you are paid to do. I am not aware of any swear word or other derogatory phrase in my current vocabulary which comes close to a description of your ‘performance’ (and I use that term loosely) this afternoon, but let me just say that you have collectively reached a level of inadequacy and ineptitude that neither I nor modern science had previously considered possible.

*Read the rest here. Trust me it gets way more colorful and quite creative

Wow…soccer fans go through so much. Don’t they? :/
Someone sent that to me earlier and I thought it was quite interesting. A little overboard would be an understatement. Yet amusing at parts. Well at least he found some way of unleashing his anger out? As for me writing this kind of letter…. ehhh well i’m not THAT angry!
In fact I’m not that angry enough to not give condolences to one of the best men in baseball that passed away a couple days ago. I didn’t hear Mr Ernie Harwell call games nor did I really hear of him before he announced his incurable condition. However I know enough to realize what he meant (and continue to represent) to not just Detriot Tigers’ fans (of many generations) and the organization but baseball in general. We lost a good person and I’m sure he will be remembered and celebrated by those who’ve been lucky enough to be touched by his voice, character and love for the game. The outpouring of love and support for him shows me that a lot of people were. I don’t know about y’all but his Hall of Fame Induction Speech makes me emotional every time! I’ve done my fair share of crying so here I am giving my condolences. What a true gentleman he was.
He was the only broadcaster to ever be traded for a catcher, well how many play by play guys can say that? Not many. In fact that move right there brought him to the major leagues! Now how many play by play men can say that?!
May he forever rest in peace
